Tell us where you need to go in France or elsewhere in Europe. We will review your journey, passenger count, luggage and travel dates before confirming availability and a price.
What your quote covers
Your written offer will specify the journey fare, ferry or LeShuttle crossing arrangements, applicable road tolls, waiting and any return requirements. The listed transfer fares exclude crossing tickets. Additional stops, waiting and routes outside the listed areas are quoted individually.
Planning your journey
Include the full destination address and any time you need to arrive by. Tell us about additional stops and return travel when you enquire, so these can be considered in the quote.
Passengers are responsible for carrying the travel documents required for their journey. This is an independent transfer service, not a ferry operator or the Eurotunnel / LeShuttle ticket website.

Travelling alone? Include your full pickup address, destination, luggage and any arrival deadline in your enquiry.
Ferry or Eurotunnel?
Crossing tickets are separate from our listed transfer fares. We arrange the crossing for our vehicle, driver and passengers, and agree the operator, cost and check-in plan with you before booking. Pet arrangements on ferries depend on the operator and ticket booked.
Pets: UK → France
For dogs, cats and ferrets, check microchip identification, a valid rabies vaccination and the correct travel document with your vet. Great Britain residents should check the current Animal Health Certificate requirements before each EU trip.
Pets: France → UK
Check the accepted pet passport or health certificate, microchip and rabies requirements for entry to Great Britain. Dogs coming from France need a vet-recorded tapeworm treatment 24–120 hours before entering Great Britain. Plan this around your actual arrival time, including on short return trips.
Your journey checklist
- Keep original passenger and pet travel documents ready for inspection.
- Tell us the number and size of your pets, carrier dimensions and luggage before booking.
- Bring water, a bowl, a lead, waste bags and a familiar blanket; discuss suitable restraints or carriers with us.
- Tell us about planned comfort stops, flight arrivals and any fixed arrival deadline.

Our pet enquiries are for animals travelling with their owner. Availability and vehicle space must be agreed in advance. Owners are responsible for valid travel documents; final entry and document checks are carried out by the relevant authorities and crossing operator. Check current official guidance and your vet’s advice before travelling.
